Trenden

Trenden has shown tremendous growth during his time at Curt’s Café and continues to improve in so many different areas. From communication and patience to teamwork and leadership, Trenden has worked hard to become the best version of himself. He has learned when to slow down, how to take accountability, and how to step up and lead in certain situations when needed.

Over time, Trenden has developed strong skills in both front of house and back of house operations. Now serving as a Tier 2 BOH student, he has also gained experience working front of house and has become especially skilled at making lattes, smoothies, and cooking. One thing Trenden has truly mastered is the art of cleaning and staying on top of tasks with pride and effort.

Trenden has also made major improvements in attendance and consistency, showing a stronger level of responsibility and commitment to the program. His growth has been noticeable not only in his work, but also in the way he carries himself every day.

One standout moment for Trenden came when first-time customers walked into Curt’s, unsure of what they wanted to order. Without being asked, Trenden stepped in, took control of the situation, helped guide them through the menu, explained the Curt’s Café mission, and used his personality and charm to make sure they felt welcomed and had a great experience. This was an especially proud moment because when Trenden first started, he was nervous to speak with customers. Seeing him confidently lead that interaction showed just how much he has grown.

Trenden’s personality is one of a kind. He brings energy, positivity, and laughter everywhere he goes. He is someone who constantly brightens the room with his smile and sense of humor, and no matter what task is put in front of him, he gives 100% effort. His growth journey is a powerful example of determination, personal development, and hard work. We are proud of everything Trenden has accomplished and excited to see him continue building toward a successful future.
