From day one, Mykel came in with a willingness to learn—and he has only continued to grow from there. His dedication and positive mindset have been clear in everything he does.

Over time, Mykel has developed the skills and confidence to run the front of house on his own. What once started as a more soft-spoken approach with customers has transformed into someone who is now comfortable, engaging, and able to hold genuine conversations with guests. His growth in communication has made a noticeable impact on the overall customer experience.

Mykel is consistently on time and shows up every day ready to work. His reliability and strong work ethic set a great example for those around him. On top of that, he is always willing to step in and help wherever needed, showing true teamwork and initiative.

Mykel’s journey is a powerful example of what growth and commitment can look like. He has taken full advantage of every opportunity to improve and continues to push himself to the next level. As he moves closer to completing the program, Mykel is positioning himself to successfully transition into a new job with confidence and purpose.
