Josh

Josh has excelled in our program. As Chef Byron’s right-hand man in the kitchen, he consistently supports back-of-house operations while readily stepping up front whenever needed. He shows a strong interest in developing new recipes and eagerly takes advantage of every learning opportunity we offer. Josh has been one of our most reliable and dedicated students.

In addition to his strong technical skills, Josh brings a positive attitude and a calm, professional presence to every shift. He communicates clearly with his peers, responds well to feedback, and actively looks for ways to help the team run more smoothly. Josh is also highly dependable—he arrives prepared, follows through on his commitments, and often goes above and beyond what is asked of him.

He recently accepted a position at a local restaurant. While we are sad to see him go, we are thrilled for him as he begins this next chapter. We are confident that he will be a valuable addition to any kitchen team!
