Shane

When Shane first joined us, he was a bit quiet and shy. Over time, he has grown tremendously in confidence and now shines as a strong part of our Front of House team. Shane has taken on big responsibilities like opening and closing the café, helping to maintain FOH cleanliness, and even going the extra mile to care for the plants —showing how much pride he takes in his work and environment.

Shane also makes sure our customers are happy and have everything they need. He checks in with guests, ensures they are satisfied, and helps create the kind of positive café experience that makes people want to come back. What stands out most is Shane’s growth—he’s gone from quiet to confident, stepping forward with initiative and dependability. He’s become someone we can count on to greet customers warmly, keep FOH running smoothly, and make Curt’s Café a welcoming space for everyone. The responsibility, teamwork, and leadership skills Shane is developing will carry him far into the future. We are so proud of him and can’t wait to see all that he achieves next!
