Monica

Monica is our Student of the Month for June! She joined our team in January with no prior experience in a café setting, and since then, her growth has been incredible. Monica has worked her way up to Tier 3 and has taken on a leadership role, now supporting others just as she once needed support herself. Her customer service skills have improved tremendously, and she’s on track to graduate from our program soon. Congratulations again on earning your permit, Monica — we’re so proud of you!
